Non-toxic, no-rinse cleanser
One step powder is the original no rinse cleanser for brewing. It gives a non alkaline brewery wash to the brewing supplies and equipment and therefore requires no rinse.
One Step cleanser is a non-foaming brewer cleanser used with any homebrew sanitizer equipment such as a carboy cleaner or a kegerator line cleaner.
Mix One tablespoon of One Step beer sanitizer with one gallon of warm water to prepare your beer cleaning solution. It uses active oxygen which is released to form hydrogen peroxide.
