Product Description
The story of Fiorucci can be traced back to the 1850s when Innocenzo Fiorucci, the owner of a small meat shop in Norcia, would visit Rome each winter to sell Norcinetto – a flavorful dry sausage from his hometown. After many successful years of traveling sales, Innocenzo settled in Rome and opened his own shop that specialized in the traditional preparation of cured meats.
One of Innocenzo’s visionary sons, Cesare, created a chain of Norcinerie (Norcia-style meat shops) which quickly won popularity in Rome. Since then, the Fiorucci family’s dream of providing delicious products to people across the globe has become a reality.
Norcinerie partnered with Campofrio Food Group, an international meat processing group, to spread the story of these authentic Italian specialties around the world.
Hard Salami
What tastes more amazing than an all-natural salami? One that’s packed with soft, smoky flavor. Ours achieves its sweet, earthy tones thanks to slow aging and a classic recipe from the Fiorucci family.
Prosciutto
With its delicately sweet, slightly salty flavor and soft, buttery goodness, Prosciutto is always a versatile choice. Our thin, pre-cut slices make it easy to incorporate this regional favorite into any dish. Enjoy in a sandwich, on pizza, or any meal – as long as the flavor is allowed to shine.
Uncured Pepperoni
Our great-tasting Pepperoni is the result of slow aging and perfect spicing. Enjoy all the classic flavor of spicy, chewy fermented sausage without chemical additives, nitrates or nitrites
Sopressata
Our All Natural Sopressata is a cured, fermented, air-dried pork salami made from pork that has never administered antibiotics. Sopressata is made in a similar style to salami, but is a coarser grind and is delicately seasoned with whole peppercorns for an even more refined flavor.

Description
Everyone's spicy favorite. Our pepperoni is enriched with smoked paprika to achieve a spicy, robust flavor that makes every bite satisfying. Sopressata is made in a similar style to salami, but is a coarser grind and is delicately seasoned with whole peppercorns for an even more refined flavor. This Genoa salami is made with select pork, blended with mild spices and marinated in red wine. Bring on the heat with the hot and spicy flavors of this regional salami favorite. Pre-sliced for easy snacking or addition to recipes.
Pairing Suggestions
Aromatic, earthy and elegant wines such as a Barbaresco, a white wine with a similar flavor profile like a Pinot Grigio, or a crisp, malty, oak-aged ale or lager. A floral, buttery wine like a Chardonnay, or a pear cider with a slightly bitter, vanilla and citrus-like flavor that is not too fruity, but just the right amount to balance the slightly salty, spicy, aromatic zip of sopressata. The dry, powdery tannins and high acidity of Chianti or the lightly fruity, citrusy and spicy flavor profile of Saison farmhouse ale cut through the richness of the meat and also help cleanse the palate. Aglianico develops notes of spicy, smoky, cured meats, and Falangina or an American pale ale bring refreshing pure mineral tastes with uplifting acidity and subtle spice.
