Our Story
Our story began in a doctor's office when Ali was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 22. Through her healing journey, she found that eating simple, gluten free, and dairy free foods made a huge difference in how she felt. Unfortunately, the few foods she found available did not taste good. So, she started Bare Life to make simple, plant based, sustainably sourced, and most importantly crave-worthy foods available for everyone!
